EXCILIGHT research:

Pavel will explore the generation mechanism of charge carriers in exciplex layers. He will define the role, and influence of the ratio between donor, acceptor and ambipolar compounds on the exciplex layer and its properties.

2008: Gold medal in the 40th International Chemistry Olympiad, Budapest (Hungary)

2008-2013: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, from Belarusian State University, Minsk (Belarus). Research project: "Multiparametric electrochemical characterization of nanoheterostructures based on components with semiconductor and metal conductivity."

2013-2014: Master's degree in Physical Chemistry, from Belarusian State University, Minsk (Belarus). Research project: "Voltammetric and electrochemical impedance investigation of wide bandgap oxide semiconductor electrodes doped with metal chalcogenides"

As a student Pavel worked in electrochemistry research group of Prof Genady Ragoisha (Minsk, Belarus).

His research interests are solid state electrochemistry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and its applications for investigation of semiconductor films.
